Before purchasing
Online ordering is not open yet. The applicable return conditions and refund arrangements will be provided before an order is accepted.
Before sending equipment
Obtain written authorization and the correct return address before dispatch. The original shipping address and our business address are not automatically return addresses.
Keep the equipment, supplied accessories and protective packaging together. Follow the device instructions for cleaning and disinfection, and remove patient-identifying information before sharing files for support.
Product issues
Include your order reference, device model and a description of the issue so the request can be assessed.
We respond to technical support and after-sales enquiries within one business day. Complex issues may require further technical assessment; we will explain the next steps.
